Your Harmur top will take between three to five working days to reach you, if you are in the UK.
For the rest of Europe, please allow up to seven working days to receive your delivery.
We will always try to make sure your Harmur top is delivered within this timescale, however, occasionally due to issues out of our control, minor delays may be caused.
In the unlikely event of delay, we will let you know the reason and when you can expect your Harmur top to arrive.
Hopefully you will love your Harmur and look after it forever, but if for some reason you wish to return it, you have 14 days to do so.
Returns are accepted only if the swing tag that is attached your Harmur item remains untampered with and if the item is returned in the same condition that it was in when the garment was sent to you. If the item has been worn or damaged and the tag is not attached when we receive your return, we will not be able to accept your item. The tag is a security swing tag that can only be removed if cut off.
Nipple petals, bespoke orders, Bridal party, Bridal main collection, SALE items & adhesive bras cannot be returned.
Please note we offer free returns to our UK customers.
To return your item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and the team will send you a label. Once you’ve received the label please securely pack the item back in the box and packet that it came in. Remove all old packing labels and attach the new DHL returns label to the package. Then, take your parcel to any of the many DHL drop off points. Please feel free to email email@example.com if you have any problems.
Please note that we do not offer free returns to any location out of the UK unless the item(s) is/are faulty.
To return your item from overseas, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us about your return. We allow 14 days for overseas returns and recommend using a tracked delivery method. Please ensure you post your parcel to the following address.
